dining hall

In the dining hall you’ll eat three tasty meals each day, from Sunday supper through Saturday breakfast. Sambica’s Culinary staff will prepare vegetarian diets on request, and there will be choices available to accommodate low-fat and diabetic diets, as well as gluten-free and lactose-free. More information is on the registration form. The food here is simple, tasty and plentiful, and the staff aims to please.

Note:  We believe that mealtimes give us all an opportunity for community, networking, and planning, as well as all-important friendship. Therefore it is necessary for all registrants and guests to purchase a full meal plan.

 Your Accommodations
NOTE:  THIS IS A CAMP!  THIS IS COMMUNAL LIVING!

We think you’ll like “camp” life. However, there are NO private or semi-private rooms. The accommodations are clean, cozy, and extremely economical.

But some people just don’t “do” communal sleeping/bathrooms. If this is the case for you, check out nearby hotels here:

joshua-bunks
There are five bedrooms in the modern Joshua Lodge; each with five twin-sized bunk beds with good mattresses. We give each person his/her own upper/lower combination, so that nobody has to climb to the top bed, and you’ll have plenty of storage space. There are community bathrooms with showers for women and men down the hall, and the large meeting and performance space is in this building. You will choose to be in an all-female, or all-male room. Sorry, we don’t have “couples” rooms. Please  also let us know if you snore. You may bring your own sleeping bag and pillow and towel, or rent a linen pack (see registration form).

There are also Country Cabin accommodations that sleep five and have one bathroom. Because we have to accommodate your gender and snoring propensities, we cannot guarantee any particular room or cabin for you.

We have three RV spaces with electricity (no water or sewer), available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Cost is reasonable.  We will notify you early if you request an RV site after all sites have been filled.  There is RV parking at nearby Vasa Park as well, if you have a separate vehicle.  If we cannot meet your RV needs, we’ll of course return your registration fee.

Feel free to e-mail  info@seattleautoharpweek.com  if you have questions.
